Before I was an artist, I was a funeral director. I sat with families on the worst day of their lives. I helped pick out caskets, drafted obituaries, and held the hands of people who had no words left. I learned that grief doesn't want to be fixed. It wants to be witnessed.
I write pop songs now — about loss, about second chances, about what nobody told you would hurt. If you lost someone, some of these songs were written for you. If you work in funeral services, I still speak your language. This page is for both of you.
