Whether it’s content creation or merchandise, my favorite gear is hand-picked because of the value it brings, along with the effectiveness.

My Tools

vidIQ: New to YouTube, I needed help big time! There’s so much to learn; thumbnails, titles, discipline. It’s a beast of its own. Mr. Beast is a goal, for sure. vidIQ has been vital and invaluable, coaching, providing tips, Thumbnails images and suggestions, keyword suggestions, all to set me up for success. You see my videos because of this tool!

Restream: This has been life-giving, time-saving, and fun to learn! Going live on multiple platforms is exciting and, simply put, not something that takes up so much brain power. Easy to navigate and use, and it’s pretty, Restream has been a wonderful tool for the belt!

Printify: Inventory sucks! Printify prevents that, and helps with so much more. On-demand printing, design mock ups of merch, asset library, fulfillment, tracking, customer service and more, all at your fingertips. It would take me longer to write lyrics to a song than to set up an account and store on Printify. New bands, businesses, creators, don’t come out of pocket for swag. Printify! It’s been life-giving.

Studio Gear: SM7B mics, cables, mic stands, computers, monitors, headphones, and even the walls can be found here. Tip: Don’t get it all at once. Unless, of course, you’re Iron Man and money is no problem.

1Password: Online safety is no joke. Having been the victim of having many of my accounts, both social media and banking account alike, compromised, having 1Password prevents all of that from ever happening again. Easy. Affordable. Accessible. Don’t wait for something to happen to act. “Hope is not a back up plan.”

Opus Pro: Probably the first, or one of, in the game. Opus Pro takes all of my long form content in one upload, and finds the most interesting, viral-possible content, captions it, sizes it according to the platform I want it on, generates titles, captions, hashtags, all to increase its chances of going viral! They just launched their Beta scheduling feature. It’s one of my most vital tools in this list. I’m so glad I found it.

navan: Navan is the leading travel and expense platform that employees love. Companies add their travel policy once and invite employees & guests to book trips through our huge travel selection, saving time and money. Talk about peace-of-mind. No more chasing pennies and receipts.

GROUPED: If you don’t have community, what do you have? Artists, creators, influencer, you have to try Grouped! Amazing features and ways to build community and engage with those who truly believe in what you are doing.

Descript: Why don’t you have a podcast? If you’re a business or brand, you have no excuse. Unless, of course, you don’t know how! Well, Descript is the most amazing go-to for podcast recording and editing! With so many features, it helps streamline every YDT episode I record and publish.
