But here’s where it gets interesting… It’s not the phrase itself that’s the problem—it’s how people say it.
The real issue?
❌ Rushing through it
❌ No eye contact
❌ Immediately changing the subject
❌ Using it as a conversation escape
The phrase isn’t the problem. The disconnection is.
When you say it, mean it. Look them in the eye. Be present. That’s what matters.
